CHECK–IN: | Check–in is between 5:00
PM and 8:00 PM at the Office. You will be given keys and
directions to your lodging. |
CHECK–OUT: | Check–out is before
12:00 Noon on departure day. |
OCCUPANCY: | Riverside
Retreat is designed for Pastors and Spouses
only. Overnight guests are not permitted. No Pets
allowed. |
MAID
SERVICE: | There is no daily maid
service. Clean towels are provided at the Office, once every 4 days
during your stay. |
| We do not
require a damage/cleaning deposit, but we do request a credit card
number in case of damage. If any problems occur during your
stay, please notify the Office immediately to avoid charges. |
*Payment: Payment is to be
by check or money order within 4 days of making your reservation.
Advance payment is required with your reservation. NO CREDIT
CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED. If reservation is made less than 7
days prior to arrival, a credit card can be used to HOLD the dates,
but payment by Cash, Check, or Money Order must be made upon
arrival. **Without a Tax ID, you will also be charged
7.25% Sales Tax, and 6% Lodging Tax.
